Business Consulting that fixes what's actually broken
We work with owner-managed companies turning over £2m to £50m. Our consultants sit inside your business for weeks, not hours, diagnosing cash-flow leaks, margin erosion and team bottlenecks before recommending anything.

Three practice areas, each led by a partner who has run or sold a business in that space.
Revenue growth strategy
We map your sales pipeline stage by stage, identify where prospects drop off, and redesign the process. Typical engagement: eight weeks. Most clients see a 15–25% increase in qualified pipeline within four months.
Operational efficiency
We observe your day-to-day workflows, time them, and rebuild the ones that waste money. One logistics client cut order-processing time from 48 hours to 11 hours after a six-week sprint with us.
Exit and succession planning
Thinking about selling in the next two to five years? We prepare the financials, tighten governance and coach the leadership team so the business doesn't depend on you at the point of sale.
Why companies choose us
Most consulting firms hand you a slide deck and leave. We stay until the recommendation is implemented and the numbers prove it worked. Our retainer model means you pay a fixed monthly fee; if we don't hit the agreed KPI within six months, we refund the final month.
Since 2016 we have completed 187 engagements across manufacturing, professional services, logistics and SaaS. Eighty-two percent of those clients extended their contract beyond the original scope.
How an engagement works
Four stages, each with a clear deliverable you can hold us to.
1. Diagnostic call
A 45-minute video call where we ask about revenue, margins, team structure and the specific problem keeping you up at night. No charge, no obligation.
2. On-site discovery
One of our partners spends three to five days inside your business: shadowing staff, reviewing management accounts, interviewing key customers. You receive a written findings report.
3. Implementation sprint
We agree on two or three priority changes, assign owners, set weekly check-ins and track progress against a shared dashboard. Sprints run four to twelve weeks depending on complexity.
4. Measurement and handover
At the end of the sprint we measure results against the original KPI, document the new processes, and train your team to run them without us.
